  • Off to the Races! Saturday, May 3rd 2014 11 am – 4 pm
    Can’t make it to this year’s Kentucky Derby? That’s ok, Hog & Rocks is hosting the next best thing — an all out oyster fest to celebrate the races. Take advantage of the festivities with a Derby Day outfit contest, horse race gambling, oyster luge, and an oyster shuck and suck contest.
    $20 of Hog & Rocks poker chips (5 chips worth $4 each) are included in your ticket and can be used to mix and match from the menu of food drinks and fun below. Extra poker chips available for purchase at the venue.

    Food Menu:
    Oyster Bar – raw oysters and garnishes
    Hand carved ham station – hand carved Woodland hams from Kentucky plus machine cut country ham plates
    Po Boy station – fried oyster, roast pork, or veggie
    Mixed fry station – an assortment of favorite fried bites

    Drink Menu:
    Mint juleps
    Hog & Rocks Old Fashioneds
    Other select Bourbon and rye (neat or rocks)
    Scrimshaw, red and white wine

    Oyster luge sponsored by Bowmore
    Horse race gambling. The Kentucky Derby is the 11th race of day. There will be an opportunity to bet on all 11 races.

  • The Feast is four impressive courses of large format, family-style dishes created by Chef Robin Song that will change with the seasons. Oh, and did we mention the Whiskey Barrel Punch Bowl to complete this festive offering? Game changer.

    The dinner is $55 per guest and must be reserved 48 hours in advance.
